Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind our products and are confident they will exceed your expectations.  If for some reason our products fail to live up to your expectations or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a product replacement or refund.  While we would love to understand where our products fall short, we do not require any explanation on your part for your decision to request a refund or replacement.

Duration:
Due to the fresh nature of our products, we do need to implement a time-frame for our satisfaction guarantee.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.  Of course if there are compelling circumstances (received as a gift and didn't use, etc) please let us know and we will work with you.

Exceptions:
We are not responsible for items improperly stored or handled.  Some of our items are sensitive to heat and excess moisture and need to be cared for accordingly.  Unfortunately if you forget one of these items in an environment which they were not designed to be in, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

Gift cards, final-clearance items

Return/Refund Process:
To complete your return, simply email us or call us at 404-439-0994 and we can assist you.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.  Most of the time it is not necessary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return request, we will email you to determine the proper path for resolution (exchange, refund, etc).  All refunds will be provided by the same means of purchase.  Credit card refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
